Member Applications: NARD Application

Our member application is open to all interested in Dive Rescue Team Operations. We ask for your Name, Address and e-mail but do not require it. This is to provide you with updates as we expand. Currently Membership is free and we are trying to build a base of information for all our members. Your Personal Information Will Remain Confidential And Will Not Be Sold, Traded or Shared With Anyone.
Organization Name Pertains to those members who are on a Dive Rescue Team. We will not post your team name unless you request it. We reccomend that you use the Dive Team Submission Form for Dive Team Listing.
Certification is just for our records to survey the level of most Rescue Divers.
Dive Agency is just for our records to survey Rescue Divers.
Years Diving is just for our records to survey Rescue Divers.

Team Application: Dive Rescue Teams of The U.S.A.

The Team application is to list your team in our list of Dive Rescue Teams. The only requirement is that you be an ACTIVE Public Rescue Team or soon to be active. A contact person is not required. Any additional infromation you want posted will be. We do ask that you provide us with your Jurisdiction so that everyone searching will know what you cover. Type of Team is not required but many like to know if it is Fire, Police, EMS or Joint, this usually deals with members seeking to join and if the team does evidence gathering. Most Fire and EMS do not gather evidence. Dive Team Submission
