The Dive Rescue Team is dispatched by 911, and responds from station 6-5
on the Palmer-Wasilla Highway. All team members are volunteers who spend
hundreds of hours training to develop and maintain their skill level. Members
are certified in Dive Rescue, Swiftwater Rescue, Ice Rescue, Mud Rescue,
and Low to High and High Angle Rope Rescue, as well as Emergency Medical
Treatment.
